EMPOWERING POTENTIAL
I am fascinated by human beings and their unique life experiences. I love working with women who are trying to bring positive changes to their lives. I help people on the cusp of a transition, who are ready to take their lives in a different direction or who generally describe themselves as “stuck” or “looking for my purpose”. My extensive yoga practice and training have equipped me with tools to help people deal with anxiety and overwhelm, very common problems in our overstimulated world.

CONTINUOUS GROWTH - COACHING SESSION
A typical coaching session involves having a discussion around your life situation and what is difficult or what you would like to change. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and are essentially an exploration. The goal of this exploration is to uncover hidden treasure, if you will. Feeling into the process, asking yourself questions to uncover the answers. As we end, we will set manageable goals for the following session as you chart your way forward. I strongly believe that small shifts in perception and behaviour will lead you to the life you want.
