Burnout rarely arrives dramatically.


It builds quietly over years and usually involves several different aspects of one’s life.


You say yes because you are capable.

You take on more because you can.

You push through because that is who you’ve always been.


Your conditioning has trained you to batten down the hatches of your brain and do what is required and more still.


Until your body says no.


In my coaching practice in Ottawa, many high-achieving women describe a deep level of exhaustion that rest alone does not fix.


Overwhelm is feedback.  It preferable to avoid a burnout rather than heal from one.


Together, we explore:

  • Where is perfectionism driving you?

  • What would sustainable success look like?

  • What boundaries are waiting to be drawn?


Burnout prevention is not about shrinking your ambition. It is about building resilience beneath it.  High achievers find it very difficult to ask for help or to even believe that a burnout is something that can happen to them.  I have been there, and I know.
