There comes a moment — sometimes after a breakup, sometimes in the middle of a relationship — when you begin to ask yourself deeper questions.

In my work as a life coach for women in Ottawa and internationally, I see how relationship patterns are about deeply internalized beliefs — often unconscious — about worth, love, and belonging.


The women who come to me are strong, intelligent, accomplished. Yet in romantic relationships, they over-function and tolerate behaviour they would never advise a friend to accept. 


Intentional dating is not about a defined strategy or a check list. It is about inner clarity.

When you date intentionally, you stop asking, “Why didn’t they choose me?”You begin asking, “Is this person aligned with the life I want to build?”  You do not waste months and years trying to contort yourself into someone’s life.


That shift changes everything.


In our coaching sessions — held online via Zoom or FaceTime — we explore the stories you’ve been carrying about love. We gently untangle outdated beliefs and strengthen self-trust, so your choices begin to shift naturally towards healthy patterns.
