Life transitions rarely feel tidy.

Life transitions rarely feel tidy.

A career shift. A divorce. Children leaving home. A move. A role that no longer fits who you are becoming.

Even welcomed change can feel destabilizing.

As a life coach based in Ottawa, I work with women who are in the space between “what was” and “what will be.” That void can feel frightening, but it is also a deeply creative space where new opportunities can emerge and be revealed.

The key is steadiness.

When we work together, we focus on:

  1. Regulating your nervous system so decisions aren’t made from panic.

  2. Clarifying your values so your next chapter is aligned with them.

  3. Building resilience to transform uncertainty into an exciting adventure.

Often, transitions are painful because we are shedding an identity, or maybe even several identities. We may be grieving the loss of who we were and yet unable to visualize who we are becoming.

You do not have to rush clarity. You do not have to reinvent yourself overnight.

Through structured coaching conversations, grounded awareness practices, and manageable goal setting, we create forward momentum without overwhelm.

If you feel stuck, lost, or “in between,” know that this is not failure.

It is evolution.
